Pizzeria Dal Pirata

This evening, around 8pm, I ordered 5 pizzas from 'Dal Pirata', with delivery expected by 8.30pm. Given the short advance notice of the order, the quantity of pizzas requested, and the distance of approximately 2.6 kilometers from the pizzeria, I did not expect perfect punctuality. However, I didn't expect the pizzas to arrive 1 hour and 10 minutes late, mostly cold. At 8.50pm I called the pizzeria, where I was apologized for the delay, saying that it took 15 minutes and the only deliveryman available would leave; counting the 10 minutes that the pizzeria was away, a further 25 minutes added to the delay. So, after waiting 20 minutes, at 9.10pm I called back to find out if the deliveryman had left. I am told that the order is already being delivered. So at 9.30pm, counting the travel time, I went out into the street to collect the order, waiting a further 10 minutes before the order was delivered; during those ten minutes, I also received a notification from Deliveroo that the delivery had taken place, which obviously had not yet happened. Having said the facts, my considerations are the following: if you want to guarantee a delivery at a certain time, even with a 10/15 minute delay, you must make sure you are in the working conditions to do so, otherwise the customer is immediately notified of the possible delay or you do not accept the delivery; it is certainly much more respectful and correct than wasting time during service to answer the phone and say that the order is on its way or on delivery, when in reality it is not. Or replying to the customer, while the pizzas are being delivered, with justifications in a pissed off way, cobbling together equally pissed off excuses, when a simple kind and sincere apology costs nothing, even on a bad evening.

A real disaster Let me start by saying that I went with the first management and where we had no problems One evening I book and go to pick them up: 2 hours late. All the owners inside give us different versions outside. From the broken oven to the dough. The fact is that they were small and salty. They give us free vouchers We return with confidence. And here comes the beauty Apart from the pizzas which are always salty, but at this point I can say that these are low-cost flours. We pay €25 for the 4 chosen pizzas, 1 of which is free. The doubt arises in my mind and I do the calculation with the price list in hand... Surprise....€21 But how!!!! I return and point out: give me 1 free gift and then take them back.. Surprise.... They have stored different prices in the cash register that have been increased by 0.5 cents or €1. This is a scam guys It's a scam!
